Without a doubt the number 1 objection I hear to owning investment real estate is , dealing with Tenants. Our team has put together a seminar to deal with this issue head on. We will have experts there who own and manage lots of property. Bring your questions and doubts!
This seminar is geared for both the newer investor or the investor that feels like they need some help in these areas. We hope that people will come away will a more knowledge and tools to take the frustration and fear out of being a landlord. One tool I’ve added recently is a Average Rental Rate Search. This is Link of the ‘Investor Loft Tools’ I’ve added to this blog. The rental rate tool lets you enter either a zip code or address and it will tell you average rental rates for the area. This tool and the ‘Investor Loft’ search widget are subscription services you can find here for free.
